Refund Policy

You can ask RYZE Superfoods for help with an unwanted order or goods that have not arrived as they should. This policy sets out the return window and the steps we follow from your request through to resolution.

Keep the goods and purchase record ready

An eligible return or exchange can be requested during the 30 days following delivery. An unwanted item should remain unused with its original packaging and in its original condition. We need the order reference or an equivalent proof of purchase, followed by an agreed return arrangement before you send the goods.

When the delivered order is not correct

Report missing contents, damage, a defect or an item that differs from your order with purchase details and helpful photos. We investigate and advise how the matter will be put right, including covering any qualifying return shipping. Conditions for ordinary unwanted items cannot remove remedies protected by law for defective or wrongly supplied merchandise.

Arranging the label and destination

After the return has been arranged, we provide shipping instructions or prepaid postage. We cover the cost of an eligible return, including a change of mind or a quality issue; no restocking charge is added. How an approved request is completed

Returned goods are checked after arrival and we let you know the outcome. A refund that is approved after receipt and inspection is sent to the original payment method within 10 business days; the financial provider may need further time for posting. If you prefer an exchange, the same 30-day eligibility rules apply and availability of the replacement must be confirmed.

Cancellation requests and protected rights

Please request cancellation or an amendment as early as you can before dispatch. Fulfilment may already be too advanced to accommodate it, so approval is not guaranteed. After dispatch the return procedure is the relevant route. Any consumer protection that cannot legally be waived continues to apply.
