When browsing or buying from RYZE Superfoods, the following conditions explain our respective responsibilities. Other store policies provide the detailed delivery, returns and data-handling arrangements.

Responsible use of the store

Use the store only with the legal ability to transact or suitable permission from a responsible adult. Keep purchase and account details accurate, including the delivery destination, and protect login access. Applicable law governs responsibility for transactions and account activity.

Content and prohibited activity

Respect the rights of owners of images, text and trademarks displayed here. Browsing does not transfer those rights or create an unapproved commercial affiliation. Illegal use, harmful software, interference with service and attempts to gain unauthorised access are prohibited.

Reviewing the purchase

Check the selected product and its stated specifications before confirming. Information, pricing or availability may need correction or updating. Confirmation establishes acceptance of the order, but lack of stock, failed payment, security concerns or a significant error can prevent fulfilment. If we cancel after taking payment, that payment is returned. Review the checkout total and any tax required by law.

External services and consumer protections

Other providers supporting a transaction can have their own terms, including payment and carrier services. Technical availability is not unlimited. These conditions do not waive mandatory consumer rights or non-excludable liabilities, and restrictions apply only where the governing US law permits them.

Delivery, returns and questions about revisions

Consult the Shipping Policy for delivery and the Refund Policy for returns. An early request to change or cancel an unshipped purchase will be considered but may not be possible.
